First graders at Iron Springs Elementary had a fun week with many visits from Community Helpers including Police Officers, a Laboratory Scientist, Smokey the Bear, Rainbow Sign and Banner, and Prisbrey Construction. The students had a great time learning from the community helpers, exploring their equipment and discovering how they contribute to our community. It was an engaging and eye-opening experience. Such a fun opportunity for our First Graders. Thank you to those who took the time to come and share with them.

Beanies were gifted to Mrs. Clark's 5th grade class. These were made by Mrs. Eldridge, a teacher from our school, and crafted using yarn that was found in Mrs. Clark's class after her passing. We hope these students will enjoy and cherish this special gift and also have it bring joy in remembrance of Mrs. Clark and the impact she left behind.
