Iron Springs Elementary choir is comprised of students in 3rd through 5th grade who choose to come to school early once a week for practice. Yesterday they held a choir concert for the student body as well as family members. They sang "Peaches," "I Want Something Just Like This," "Now I See the Light," "A Distant Shore" and ended the event with a rendition of "Golden Hour" where they changed the words to reflect the things we do at a school. They had a slide show that went throughout the concert showing different scenes from movies that featured a few of their song choices as well as pictures of students and faculty throughout this year. A huge thank you to Mrs. Wells and Mrs. Mock for the time and effort that they put into helping our students develop a love for music.
