Fourth graders at Iron Springs Elementary have spent part of this year learning about the great state of Utah. Including the different Counties, Governors, State symbols and the process of Utah becoming a state. Family, friends and the student body were able to learn from them at a school wide assembly. The fourth grade program is best explained from their introduction part, "On January 4,1896 Utah was admitted to the union as the 45th state. In this program, we are going to give you a musical history lesson of this great land that we love. You can go anywhere...but there's none that compare. This is the place."
